Kroger 排期部门工作时间为周一至周五，中部时间上午 7:00 至下午 4:30。

Request a Delivery or Pick-Up Appointment
The Scheduling E-mail is available Monday -Friday from 8am -3:30pm CST.
Requests sent via email are handled in the order in which they are received. You will receive a responsewithin 24 hours of your request, please refrain from sending multiple requests for an appointment as this will only delay your request.
Please make sure to fill out the following fields: 5 digit PO number, Pick-Up/Delivery Location, Carrier Name, Contact Name, and Contact Email.
Please make sure to Specify the DATE and TIME you are requesting, "EXT AVAILABLE-requests will not be scheduled. The appointment time set in response to your request is the closest available appointment window.
Appointment Requests received after 1500 (3pm) may not be handled until the following business day.
